Returns Policy

All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be issued. However, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We do our best to create your order perfectly the first time, but if for any reason you want something changed or altered, we will accommodate your requests within 30 days.

Additional charges may be applied for additional labor, supplies, or shipping. It is your responsibility as the customer to return the item and cover any shipping costs. We will repair broken or damaged items based on our professional discretion for 90 days after your purchase. Any items that have been damaged due to water will not be repaired or replaced at any time. We recommend taking your jewelry off before doing any physical activity or anything that involves water (including hand-washing) given that all of the items are handmade and delicate.

Tarnish build-up can occur on silver plated or sterling silver items and can be cleaned with a silver cleaning towel. All items ordered should be stored in a plastic bag when not in use to prevent tarnish build-up. We will not replace any items for tarnishing.
